Can't see what you're looking for?

If you're using substances that aren't listed here, know that support is still here for you.

Horizons can provide you with non-judgemental care, accurate information, and harm reduction strategies that meet you where you're at.

How it works

Once you've contacted us

After your initial referral to Horizons - this could be online, via a professional or organisation, or through one of our hubs - our team will be in touch to arrange your first session with us.

Your first session

This is where you'll meet your Horizons worker and give you the opportunity to talk about your story and discuss the support you might need. You can share as much or as little as you like, at your own pace.

Our levels of support

Your Horizons worker will discuss the various forms of support that are available to you. From advice and information, prescribed medication, detox programs, one-on-one support, or participation in a group of people with similar experiences, we'll help you explore all your options.

Plan your programme

Together, with your Horizons worker, we'll agree a programme that feels manageable, achievable and entirely based on your choices. This could include activities to enhance your wellbeing, or if you need help with housing or job searches, we can support with that as well.

No matter how much negativity you might have had in your life, there’s always a way of turning it around. So don’t give up.
