I'm looking for support...

As a parent for my child

Notes for parents:

We completely understand that you are worried about your child, and we know how much courage it takes to look for help. Your love and support are incredibly valuable right now.
However, because of our commitment to building trust and working safely with young people, we cannot accept referrals written or submitted by parents on their own.
If you'd like to submit a referral for your child, please make sure you obtain their consent beforehand. If you have their consent you can complete our self referral form by providing their details.
If they are not ready to do this right now, we recommend giving us a call on 0300 555 1469 to discuss your concerns and we can speak with you about what support is available for them and how they can access this.
